This project focuses on redesigning an existing rave poster to increase its overall legibility and hierarchy. For my approach, I focused on creating a structured design that captures the atmosphere of the event while creating an immersive visual experience that maintains readability.
As the designer, I focused on decluttering the poster and creating a natural flow of information for readers. The original poster had tight spacing, unorganized information, and too many effects that hinder the reading process.
To get started, I established the placement of vital information, so people can quickly identify the event’s what, when, and where. Next, I selected typefaces and a color palette to maintain the futuristic, neon theme.

The background design utilizes playful colors to create an engaging visual that showcases the party’s theme without being overwhelming, and a decorative line that leads the eye through the poster.
